Vehicle still sounds horrible. They replaced a motor several months ago. We have took it back because of how it sounded and was running. Then, the vehicle would shut off then when you started it again it would just shake and shut off. Checked under the hood after the vehicle was off for a while and checked the oil. Oil blew everywhere. Had it towed to the dealership. Paid out of pocket for them to replace what they needed too. Picked up the vehicle and it still sounds absolutely horrible. They claim everything checked out okay.
I can't say enough about the high quality of customer service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be covered but the vehicle only had about35,000 miles on it. Needless to say we had serious concerns and told our service rep Jen about it. She took the time research our warranty and went out of her way to double check our warranty once again. I had a coupon for $50 off but forgot to present when I paid. Would not refund the next day when I called.
Took my Chevy traverse to get the suspension fixed . Spent $1000 of dollars and it’s not fixed . I have called Russ the Manger several times leaving messages with no return call . I plan on calling main owner to try to get my car fixed . Don’t take your car here !!!

I was able to get on the schedule quickly for an oil change that was my fault for noticing too late and needing one completed before going out of town for a trip. Tim Perkins was the servicer writer that I always go too and he took care of everything for me very easily. I came into the shop, handed him my keys and walked back out in under an hour for an oil change and full tune-up.
Just to expensive. Appointment does not start on time. Have to wait to long for simple oil change. Unless you tell them you in a hurry

Took my car in for an oil change, leaking tire, and brakes squeeking, was then called and told I needed all new brakes, pads and rotors as well as new tires. The cost for only the brakes, pads and rotors was right at $1000. I told them not to do it but asked that they just fix the leak in my tire. They told me they could not do that until I got new tires and an alignment. After having another mechanic look at my car, it in no way needed rotors, could use some pads, and the tire was fixed. ... Beware of price gouging during a pandemic on HD trucks. We’ve been looking for a dually and due to the chip shortage you had to act fast. We missed a GMC Denali 3500 HD that we wanted because we paused for a day and it sold. Both Courtesy GMC and Oxmoor FORD warned us to watch other dealers taking advantage of chip shortage by raising MSRP. Courtesy did not which we beat ourselves up for not immediately purchasing theirs. Unfortunately Don Franklin is one of those dealers that has decided to take advantage.
